As a Technical Support Specialist focused on Environmental Monitoring, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective use of our analytical instruments and solutions. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our service offerings and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize global resources to identify solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Establish a local technical support hub and facilitate dedicated communication pathways.
- Lead and engage in various technical projects, including New Product Introductions (NPI), product recalls, and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base for specific product lines.
- Enhance Field Service Engineer (FSE) competencies through participation in evaluation systems, training program development, and course delivery.
- Deliver technical support and training to non-technical teams and customers as required.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or Environmental Sciences.
- Proficient in operating and maintaining analyzers for monitoring Air Quality Index (AQI), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and ion concentrations in the atmosphere, as well as general water quality parameters.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a logical and systematic approach.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Experience in project management is advantageous.
