About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advisor to join our team in China. As a key member of our Medical Department, you will play a critical role in providing scientific support for health outcomes research activities and market access initiatives in China.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Health Outcomes Research
    • Develop and implement health outcomes research strategies to support pricing and market access objectives in China.
    • Provide Chinese input into global health outcomes plans.
    • Manage the development of health outcomes deliverables, including value messages, publications, and health economic models.
  2. Health Economics Research
    • Conduct health economics research to inform market access strategies in China.
    • Develop budget impact models and cost-effectiveness analyses to support product optimization.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of economic evaluations.
  3. Pricing, Reimbursement, and Access (PRA) Activities
    • Develop and communicate health economic arguments to support optimized NRDL negotiations.
    • Understand and contribute to the development of PRA strategies.
    • Provide consultancy to customers and colleagues on PRA-related activities.
  4. Customer Orientation and Communication
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in China.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Represent Medical at internal and external professional meetings.
  5. Teamwork and Attitude
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
    • Demonstrate high levels of initiative, drive, and commitment.
    • Initiate efforts to grow and develop as a technical leader.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Medical or Pharmacy master's degree, preferably with experience in health economics, epidemiology, public health, or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of China's healthcare system and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional setting.
