Director of Rooms

At Hyatt Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rooms to lead our Rooms Division team. As a key member of our hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all aspects of the Rooms Division, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and motivate a team of front office and housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor and control departmental expenses to meet budget targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements

  • University degree in Hospitality or Tourism management
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as Director of Rooms or similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
