Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to join our team as an Innovation Lead for PepsiCo Snacks in Greater China. As a key member of our global account team, you will work closely with our customers to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and increase win rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a partner to the RAM, local Account Manager and C&D Team to develop, implement and execute technical programs in alignment with the Account Strategy.
  • Build technical-to-technical relationships/partnerships with key decision makers both internally at IFF and externally at PepsiCo China.
  • Create collaboration between customer and IFF to grow business by positioning and utilizing IFF flavor / biotech creativity and technology.
  • Work with the Global Technical Director to deliver innovation, productivity and technologies to the local IFF creative team and the customer.
  • Build local portfolio of IFF technologies to support the growth opportunities in China.
