Job Summary

This role leads the deployment of PepsiCo Foods GTM strategy, focusing on accelerating growth in lower tier markets and managing key IDT LKA customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing lower tier growth models, identifying and developing business opportunities with LKA customers, and managing investments to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and deploy a comprehensive lower tier growth model for PepsiCo Foods, ensuring strong and sustainable growth in lower tier markets.
• Design and implement a growth model that includes GTM coverage, distribution network, push and pull strategies, and brand activation solutions in lower tier markets.
• Collaborate with MU teams to ensure consistent deployment and business planning across all markets.
• Lead effective GTM forums, processes, and toolkits to enable UM/TDMs and build business tracking and visibility.

2. Drive IDT LKA growth by identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and investing in growth initiatives.
• Proactively assess LKA growth trends and opportunities against market and other channels.
• Develop business opportunities in customer expansion, distribution, and perfect store execution.
• Enable LKA growth by building capabilities, leveraging MT models and solutions, and working with MU teams.
• Champion LKA investments, including listing and perfect store execution, and develop detailed investment models to ensure sustainable growth and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of China FMCG trade structures, including MT/TT/wholesale.
• Rich frontline experience in business management, distributor management, and operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical skills and clear structured thinking to define problems and frameworks.
• Strong and persuasive communication skills, influencing and collaboration skills.
• Executive maturity, high integrity, and values-driven.
• Willingness to travel extensively to understand issues across China.
