About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Shanghai. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the E-Mobility industry, driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the E-Mobility industry.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key customers, including solution and technical training, new product launches, and frame agreements.
  • Identify business value chains and decision-maker units, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Find customer insights and pain points, create opportunities through customer co-development, WTL, and other initiatives.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in Sales Force, updating project information periodically and clearly.
  • Develop new customers through marketing leads, cooperation with glue material suppliers, and partner networks.
  • Work closely with the innovation center to develop customer application processes, technical validation, and process testing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and execute customer events, delivering our USP, value proposition, and growing our brand reputation.
  • Work closely with divisional and other customer center teams to align E-Mobility strategy and implement China plans successfully.
  • Keep an eye on E-motor, E-Transmission, E-Converter, and E-Controller synergy with the ELD team.
  • Cooperate with credit controllers to fix receivables and overdue issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above with a major in Auto or M&E.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in sales.
  • Experience in Tiers and Battery industry is preferred.
  • The working experience in a multinational company is preferred.
  • Basic management experience and leadership is awarded.

Competence Requirements

  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Microsoft PC skills (good at PowerPoint and Excel is a must).
  • Knowledge of electrical vehicle manufacturing is preferred.
