  • Collaborate with our global legal team to ensure consistency and alignment with Westlake's global legal policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our business stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a combination of international law firm and in-house experience.
  • Proven track record of applying legal skills in a commercially effective way, with experience in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and drive.
