About the Role
This position is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing existing corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generations
- Acquire new business and expand existing relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to drive revenue growth, expand existing relationships, and identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, discounts, and commissions to maximize revenue.
- General
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, sales, or marketing.
Knowledge, Skills, Training, and Experience
- A minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in the airline industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
