Global Wholesale Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering business targets by planning sales activations, focusing on distributor management, wholesaler management, and more.
Responsibilities- Support the development of channel strategies with portfolio and pack/price opportunities.
- Optimize wholesale business models and develop customers, balancing customer needs, supply chain complexity, and other factors.
- Drive joint business plans with importers and track KPIs, conducting regular operating reviews.
- Monitor importers to solve daily operational problems and lead KPI tracking and operating reviews.
- Establish wholesale activation mechanisms for specific brands/categories and oversee end-to-end operations to deliver sales targets.
- Control investments in importers and drive year-on-year productivity growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to organizational understanding of wholesale markets.
- Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership, and execution within GCR to achieve effective audit ratings.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A college degree and at least 3 years of working experience in e-commerce or trade marketing or key account management.
- Familiarity with major players/customers in the market.
- Ka management experience is required.
- Experience in KA scorecard management, JBP, AOP, top 2 top meeting, etc.
- The ability to apply logical and creative thinking to solve complex business problems.
- Strong communication skills.
- The willingness and desire to learn the business cold and look beyond the obvious.
- Strong experience in flag store management is preferred.
- Business orientation as self-owned.
- Good written and vocal English.
- Good business sense.
- Fast learning skills with a strong growth mindset.
- Great communication skills to drive others accountable and capable of solving problems independently.
- Good Excel & Word skills.
- Attention to detail, carefulness, patience, and a high sense of responsibility.
