Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering business targets by planning sales activations, focusing on distributor management, wholesaler management, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of channel strategies with portfolio and pack/price opportunities.
  • Optimize wholesale business models and develop customers, balancing customer needs, supply chain complexity, and other factors.
  • Drive joint business plans with importers and track KPIs, conducting regular operating reviews.
  • Monitor importers to solve daily operational problems and lead KPI tracking and operating reviews.
  • Establish wholesale activation mechanisms for specific brands/categories and oversee end-to-end operations to deliver sales targets.
  • Control investments in importers and drive year-on-year productivity growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to organizational understanding of wholesale markets.
  • Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership, and execution within GCR to achieve effective audit ratings.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree and at least 3 years of working experience in e-commerce or trade marketing or key account management.
  • Familiarity with major players/customers in the market.
  • Ka management experience is required.
  • Experience in KA scorecard management, JBP, AOP, top 2 top meeting, etc.
  • The ability to apply logical and creative thinking to solve complex business problems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The willingness and desire to learn the business cold and look beyond the obvious.
  • Strong experience in flag store management is preferred.
  • Business orientation as self-owned.
  • Good written and vocal English.
  • Good business sense.
  • Fast learning skills with a strong growth mindset.
  • Great communication skills to drive others accountable and capable of solving problems independently.
  • Good Excel & Word skills.
  • Attention to detail, carefulness, patience, and a high sense of responsibility.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
