Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Brooks Automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the activities of general accounting functions, developing and implementing systems, procedures, and policies, and ensuring the accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the activities of general accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement systems, procedures, and policies to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure efficient operation of the accounting function.
  • Act as a liaison between the company, government, and CPA auditors to provide required information and ensure proper maintenance of historical records.
  • Develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Typically 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
