Innovation Marketing Manager-Personal Health

Job Description

As a key member of the Philips team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and marketing strategies for our Personal Health products. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing plans to increase market share and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovation plans for Philips Personal Health products, focusing on male grooming and oral health care.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create winning portfolio strategies and innovation roadmaps.
  • Define local winning propositions for each product innovation, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market trends.
  • Lead product concept creation and validation in local markets, ensuring relevance to consumers and competition.
  • Develop local launch strategies, including target audience, positioning, product, pricing, and channel selection.
  • Work closely with Business Group teams to design and deliver high-quality, locally relevant products.
  • Collaborate with Market and Consumer Insights teams to validate product propositions and pricing.
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to create effective marketing assets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering business results.
  • University degree in Business or Strategic Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing activation, consumer motivations, and insights.
  • Experience with digital marketing, CRM, and e-commerce, with a solid understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Ability to manage a full Profit & Loss account.
  • Driven, solution-oriented, analytical candidate with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
