Lead SHE Compliance Officer

Position Overview
Job Summary:
This role involves the initiation and execution of corporate policies and guidelines concerning safety, health, and environmental protection under the guidance of the line manager.
Collaborate with the SHE team to engage with stakeholders on matters of occupational health, risk assessment, incident reporting, safety statistics, product transportation security, disposal safety of returned goods, contractor management, and energy efficiency initiatives.
Participate in the oversight of safety, health, and environmental compliance within the organization and with third-party entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and maintain accurate records in accordance with standard operating procedures. Assist the organization in adhering to local regulatory requirements and Roche SHE standards. Perform risk assessments as per corporate guidelines. Engage in the evaluation and re-evaluation of distributors and key suppliers/service providers concerning SHE standards. Ensure effective dissemination of SHE-related information and documentation. Deliver SHE training to improve staff awareness and understanding of SHE principles. Report key SHE data in alignment with corporate requirements. Manage daily operations of SHE-related IT systems within the team. Undertake additional projects or tasks as assigned by the line manager. Conduct business in full compliance with Roche's standards, including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Dialogues, and Roche Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental Protection protocols.Basic Qualifications:
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in SHE disciplines or related Engineering Management fields. Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external business partners. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a multinational corporation, preferably within the Diagnostics or Pharmaceutical industry. At least 1 year of experience in SHE management.-
