Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SHE Manager to join our team at Roche. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and implementing company policies and regulations on safety & security, health and environmental protection under the guidance of the line manager.

The SHE Manager will work closely with the SHE team to coordinate with stakeholders on occupational hygiene and health, risk analysis, accident/incident reporting, statistics safety, security of product transportation, safety of returned goods' disposal, contractor and external supplier management and energy saving.

The ideal candidate will participate in monitoring the implementation of safety, health and environmental protection in Company and third party. Key responsibilities include performing inspections and making records according to the SOP, supporting the company for compliance with local legal regulations and with Roche SHE provisions, making risk assessment analysis according to corporate requirement, and conducting business in full compliance with Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection.

Basic Requirements of the Job

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above majored in SHE fields or related Engineering Management fields.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.
  • Good command of MS office software application.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Experience

  • 3+ years working experiences in MNC (preferred in Diagnostics/Pharma industry).
  • 1+ year experiences in SHE management.
