Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive training for end users following the installation of diagnostic instruments.
  • Address and resolve application and product-related issues efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Deliver technical training sessions for Sales teams, Engineers, and distributors.
  • Ensure timely updates and maintenance of product information.
  • Regularly engage with clients to promote reagent usage for effective management.
  • Conduct periodic visits to Key Accounts to gather user feedback on products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Engineers and Sales teams to bolster sales initiatives, including pre-sales activities.
  • Coordinate the installation of instruments alongside Service Engineers and Sales personnel.
  • Facilitate customer evaluations of products.
  • Assist clients in interpreting test results accurately.

Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Diagnostics, a relevant Science, or a Medical discipline is required.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong presentation, analytical, and training capabilities.
  • Proficiency in personal computer applications.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital diagnostics laboratory or a related industry role.
