Overview

Spearhead the commercialization strategy for designated snack categories.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Snack reframe and BTI initiatives, ensuring timely product launches by:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create consumer-focused, profitable commercial innovations aligned with platform strategies. Managing projects effectively, which includes developing timelines, coordinating cross-functional resources, conducting regular meetings, driving timely actions, meeting critical milestones, identifying essential tasks and risks, and formulating mitigation strategies. Lead the project team in performing cost scenario analyses and implications mapping to support optimal business cases. Cultivating strong relationships and influencing key stakeholders without direct authority. Escalate issues to the Leadership team when necessary for decision-making. Delivering groundbreaking innovation projects in partnership with global innovation teams and local BT hubs.

Enhance and execute the end-to-end process by:

Facilitating the idea generation process with cross-functional teams to populate the innovation pipeline. Demonstrating a robust understanding of the Stage & Gate process to ensure project integrity, managing monthly Stage Gate meetings and other relevant innovation forums to drive strategic decision-making; conducting risk-based assessments for exceptional approvals. Continuously refining processes to accelerate project speed to market and enhance cross-functional collaboration agility, regularly updating and reporting key metrics to ensure successful delivery of the innovation agenda while effectively managing the innovation tracking system to communicate project status to the global commercialization team.

Identify gaps in innovation capabilities and leverage broader commercialization resources to address these gaps within GCR snacks.

Assist the business in translating innovation strategies into actionable pipelines and specific programs and projects.

Qualifications Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a consumer-centric approach. Proven leadership skills to drive projects through collaborative efforts. High learning agility and a strong desire to acquire new knowledge. Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving results. Experience in commercialization and project management.
