About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our public areas and guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Housekeeping in directing and maintaining the Public Area in accordance with Four Seasons' policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Plan, organize, and supervise the cleaning and maintenance of floors, including guest rooms, corridors, pantries, floor service areas, and fire escape stairs.
- Ensure that all quality and service standards and procedures for Housekeeping Services are maintained and enforced.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest rooms to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Supervise and train Housekeeping staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure that all safety and hygiene procedures are followed and that our public areas and guest rooms are maintained in a safe and healthy environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in an international class hotel.
- College degree or above.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Good computer skills.
- Being calm, patient, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Team player with a fair and responsible attitude.
