Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Parenteral Production and CI Coordinator to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating planned downtime and allocating it into the routine production schedule for productivity optimization. This includes providing a leadership role in priority setting for multiple projects/activities, production schedule coordination for zero loop members, schedule optimization for planned downtime activities, coordination of project and shutdown execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities related to the planning and management of projects in cartridge operations, collaborating with the managers of the areas and functions involved.
  • Coordinate planned downtime for cartridge operations, paying particular attention to the coordination of all those activities that require production stops of the filling lines.
  • Coordinate and organize shutdowns for cartridge operations, facilitating the involvement of all the functions involved.
  • C coordinate the changes within cartridge operations.
  • Provide preliminary analysis for CI/Technical Teams for improvement of local and global projects/changes.
  • Support process teams in planning and managing technical activities for cartridge operations.
  • Manage cartridge operations project (Prep, Formulation, RABS filling and Inspection).
  • Support various Project Managers in organizing and coordinating project activities.
  • Support process teams and flow team in planning and analyzing any critical issues in the execution of projects and changes.
  • Ensure the achievement of the plant shut-down targets planned in the BP.
  • Support operations leaders for planning in drafting the BP.
  • Hold cartridge operations project agenda, paying particular attention to improvement requests from the Global Cartridge Program (GCP).
  • Coordinate changes and projects by paying attention to possible interference with production.
  • Coordinate planned downtime organization for the cartridge operations, paying particular attention to the coordination of all those activities that require a production stop of the filling lines.
  • Support process teams in coordinating extra routine activity periods, maintaining the involvement of all cartridge operations support functions.
  • Support the coordination of shutdowns for the Cartridge operations, facilitating the involvement of all the functions involved.
  • Be the contact point of the Cartridge operations for all the extra routine activities of the Utilities Process Team, coordinating with them the times and impacts of the various projects and activities to be carried out.
  • Pursue the involvement of the HSE office in the organization of extra productive activities such as change, projects and Shutdown for the cartridge operations.
  • Provide reference for cartridge operations and CI/6S group for preliminary analysis of improvement projects.
  • Obtain the Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate.
  • Support complex cartridge operations projects with the application of the DMAIC, PDCA and other Lean Methodologies.
  • Support various cartridge operations functions for numerical analysis and complex statistics.
  • Be the Traksys SME of the cartridge filling and inspection operations, coordinating with the process teams on financial and supply chain targets, as the point of contact with finance and supply chain for managing changes in recipes with regards to cycle times, consumptions etc...
  • Coordinate the material (GMP and Non-GMP) consumption and stocks on the floor according to Lean concepts.
  • Lead capital projects for operations.
  • Support the process teams in coordinated efforts and drive operational alignment in execution.
  • Follow various HSE management procedures and fulfill the work safety responsibilities.
