Key Responsibilities:



  • Establish a holistic Business Excellence framework to organize cross-site activities related to Operational Excellence/Lean/BPM and excellence initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a well-defined Business Excellence framework with clear structure, core elements, and evaluation criteria.
  • Utilize the framework to assess site business excellence status, identify gaps, and develop an excellence roadmap.
  • Initiate and manage projects/initiatives along the roadmap using Agile/Lean/BPM methodologies and tools to continuously improve core elements.
  • Leverage global mindsets, knowledge, and resources to lead local implementation and contribute to the Global Operations network through proactive participation in global initiatives.
  • Manage Site Project Portfolio and Continuous Improvement (CI) Portfolio with standardized processes, ensuring clear visibility of key projects, resource allocation, site risk management, project progress, and tangible results.
  • Promote the Global CI Platform in the site to consolidate site CI idea management.
  • Establish a standard process to manage Site Project Portfolio and CI projects, continuously improving process efficiency and effectiveness by business needs.
  • Provide coordination, facilitation, or consultation to functional or cross-functional teams to ensure CI project successful delivery.
  • Build up a CI community and cultivate CI mindsets at the site, encouraging people to live CI mindsets in daily practice.
  • Lead the Site CI squad team to drive site continuous improvement and improvement-based innovation.
  • Organize Annual CI camps or similar programs to enhance CI mindset, methodology, and capability among employees and incubate improvement projects impacting site key business performances.
  • Utilize site culture programs/events/platforms to recognize excellence ideas and projects.
  • Deliver necessary training/workshops/consultation to enhance the knowledge and capability of people effectively.
  • Set up Operations Performance monitoring and evaluation processes with digital solutions, enabling the Leadership team to make effective decisions based on timely and accurate data and information.
  • Monitor and lead the review of key performance indicators, initiating projects to improve performance continuously to reach site goals.
