Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a weekly schedule of plant production to minimize cost, optimize inventory, and ensure on-time customer delivery.
  • Communicate supply problems with the material team, order management team, and department managers to resolve issues.
  • Analyze and communicate the impact of changes in customer demand and plant capacity.
  • Work out the production schedule, estimate workload, and plan resources to achieve on-time delivery and optimal WIP levels.
  • Analyze and track critical material status to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • More than 2 years' experience in production and material planning, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Familiarity with production scheduling methods, ERP operation, MRP flow, and MRP processing logistics.
  • High-level data analysis and skilled operation on MS Office tools, Excel required.
  • Perfect command of English, both writing and speaking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Teamwork, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible attitude required.

Eligibility

  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
