Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team at IQVIA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and services in various areas, including contract law, employment law, commercial law, regulatory, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
  • Provide legal advice regarding employment law and liaise with Human Resources on all issues related to the organization's human capital.
  • Advise and represent the organization on legal issues concerning patent, copyright, trademark, real estate, or privacy matters.
  • Examine legal data to determine the advisability of defending or prosecuting a lawsuit and prepare files and take cases to trial if out-of-court settlements cannot be reached.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree and JD required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of related experience, including 5 years in corporate law.
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, communication, presentation, and influence skills.
  • Strong business acumen and solid understanding of government regulations that affect the operation of the organization.
  • Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
