Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our Afag Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and after-sales services to our local clients in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) procedures, including assembly, wiring, and commissioning.
  • Install and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) Afag products at customer sites as needed.
  • Clearly understand service contract scope and identify specific technical issues in close cooperation with the Afag sales team and customers.
  • Search for technical solutions and resolve issues, involving technical experts from Europe if necessary.
  • Work independently to service Afag products and provide training to customers' staff.
  • Handle customer quality issue claims and follow up to close.
  • Issue customer feedback reports and service reports.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of automation (PLC, NC, Vision, Sensor configuration, and parameter changes).
  • Excellent commissioning skills.
  • Good English language skills and fluency in Mandarin.
  • Ready to travel frequently to customer sites in China.
  • Familiarity with the corporate culture of European companies.
  • Working experience in the automation industry is an advantage.

  • Autonomous and problem-solving mentality.
