Job Title: Junior Officer, Corporate Secretarial Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Officer to join our Corporate and Legal Solutions team in Shenzhen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks, and contributing to the growth and development of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full sets of professional services to clients in relation to FDI and ODI, including general pre-setup consultancy, company incorporation, de-registration, capital increment, share transfer, and other applications.
  • Liaise with local government authorities, collaborate with local banks and business partners, and meet with clients' senior management teams face-to-face.
  • Support the team leader in drafting documents, taking meeting minutes, organizing meetings, and archiving documents.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, preferably in operation, English, or law.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar position.
  • Proven hands-on experience and knowledge in handling legal administration tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Good spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin, with Cantonese being a plus.
  • Proficient in Office tools (English version of Word, Excel, PPT) and internet applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CET-6, TEM-8, Business English Certificate (BEC), or China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters (CATTI) certification.
  • Legal professional qualification certificate is a plus.
