Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Financial Director to lead our global financial operations, driving strategic growth and excellence in the adidas Group Functions Finance.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a forward-thinking finance professional to join our dynamic team as Supply Chain Financial Director. As a key member of the SCM leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, analysis, and management of supply chain operations across all GCA markets.

As a business partner to the SVP SCM GCA and SCM senior leadership team, you will provide expert financial guidance and support to drive fact-based decision-making, best practice sharing, and continuous process improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring transparency of Supply Chain cost and service levels across all GCA markets as one of regional clusters within SCM
  • Partnering with the business to visualize impact and dependencies of core cost and service drivers enabling best practice sharing and fact-based decision making
  • Actively driving Supply Chain strategy development and implementation through leading all business case developments for GCA
  • Benchmarking (both external and internal) in all key KPIs and building transparency on GCA efficiency

Key performance indicators will be aligned with the company's overall goals, focusing on end-to-end group performance, cost, and service levels.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of work experience in finance or analysis-related fields, with 5+ years of relevant Performance/Management, finance business partner role or FP&A experience; alternatively, 3+ years of experience managing a team
  • Knowledge of fast-moving consumer goods, fashion industry, and/or retail is an advantage
  • University degree in Business Administration / Finance or Accounting/Economics/Logistics

A strong track record of delivering results-driven financial solutions, excellent analytical skills, and exceptional communication skills are essential for this position.
