Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Portfolio Management:
    • Engage in strategic initiatives to define the future trajectory of ViClean across ROA regions in collaboration with the ViClean Trio Team and local Product Management & Sales teams.
    • Ensure alignment of the ViClean product roadmap with the overarching business objectives for ROA.
    • Analyze evolving market trends and convert insights into actionable strategies.
    • Identify distinctive selling propositions for ViClean that will enhance marketing effectiveness and assess the financial impact of marketing investments.
  • New Product Initiatives:
    • Coordinate the development of ViClean ROA models in sync with global product lines, managing all product specifications in partnership with local Product Management & Sales teams.
    • Oversee the New Product Development lifecycle for ViClean ROA projects, adhering to established Gate or SRS methodologies.
    • Collaborate with product development and procurement teams to initiate concepts and establish strategic direction.
    • Formulate and execute launch strategies in conjunction with cross-functional teams.
    • Introduce new products to the market and conduct evaluations post-launch.
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
    • Monitor market trends and developments; conduct analyses of target demographics, competition, and sales performance.
    • Utilize both qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies to gauge market demand, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Product Lifecycle Oversight:
    • Manage product lifecycles, including tracking progress and reviewing achievement against objectives, fostering innovation, and planning necessary actions in close collaboration with local Product Management, Sales, and Supply Chain Management.
    • Engage in joint concept development and maintain ongoing communication with product development teams in China, procurement in China, and the ViClean Trio Team.
  • Collaborative Team Engagement:
    • Implement strategies to meet predetermined goals as outlined in the marketing plan.
    • Define and support commercialization efforts (including distribution) alongside local Product Management, marketing, and sales teams in ROA.
    • Assist in promotional activities, including exhibitions and marketing materials, in collaboration with marketing communications for the ViClean category.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, business, or related disciplines.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 3-5 years in brand or product management, particularly in Integrated Toilets or Electronic Bidet Seats is advantageous.
    • Strong skills in commercial strategy, trade marketing, and financial planning.
    • Proficient analytical skills, creativity, initiative, and the ability to navigate complex challenges under pressure.
    • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
    • A high sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results.
    • Fluency in English and proficiency in computer applications.
    • Willingness to travel domestically on a bi-monthly basis and occasionally internationally.
  • Specialized Knowledge:
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
    • Strong brand and quality focus.
    • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with experience in engaging with international stakeholders.
