The Finance team at ADM is integral to our business success, providing management and stakeholders with high-quality, precise, and timely financial insights and analyses for both operational support and external reporting needs. To deliver exceptional service, we seek talented individuals who can develop a comprehensive skill set across diverse cultures through a dynamic training program designed to prepare you for a successful career in finance.
Our finance professionals are the talented graduates who will become the leaders of tomorrow. Thus, nurturing young talent is vital for our organization's success. As a participant in this program, you will gain invaluable experience in an international setting within our Business Unit Finance, Global Business Services, and Centers of Excellence functions. As a Finance Intern, you will interact with senior finance leaders at ADM.
This program spans two years (with an optional additional six months) and includes rotations across various finance functions. You will collaborate closely with our skilled finance management professionals during your rotations. Our finance functions encompass: Global Business Services, Business Unit Controlling, Business Unit Financial Planning and Analysis, Statutory Accounting, Treasury, Credit, and Tax. You will rotate through most of these functions for periods of 3-6 months. This program offers you opportunities for an international career and the chance to play a significant role in the ADM finance organization.
Upon successful completion of our APAC Finance Intern program, you will be well-prepared to assume a challenging role within the ADM finance function to which you are assigned.
Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business, or a related field, with a genuine interest in the agribusiness, human nutrition, and animal nutrition sectors. Proficient in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of an additional Asian language is a plus. Willingness to relocate internationally for assignments. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills across various stakeholders. Eager to learn all facets of finance and highly motivated to develop a finance career in both regional and global contexts. Proven ability to communicate confidently and effectively. Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and self-motivated with a strong drive for success and continuous improvement. Attention to detail with a strong aptitude for financial data analysis and reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (complex formulas, pivots, lookups).
