Job Title: APAC Materials Group Finance Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance to the APAC Materials Group, driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership and Development: Foster a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure the growth and success of our finance professionals.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead the digital transformation of our finance function, leveraging technology to drive process improvements, enhance data analytics, and support business decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience: Proven track record of leading finance teams, driving business growth, and implementing financial processes and systems.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
