About the Role

Finance and Accounting

  • Oversee the organization's financial activities, including month-end and year-end closing, and ensure compliance with finance and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Review and analyze financial results and reports prepared by the Asia Shared Service Center.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including credit control, invoicing, and accounts receivable and cash collection activities.
  • Coordinate with the Asia Shared Service Center and Corporate Treasury for treasury actions.
  • Ensure full compliance with tax and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with Global Tax, group controller, and external consultants on tax and transfer price matters.
  • Organize and control customs and VAT business processes and audits.
  • Coordinate audit activities with internal and external auditors.

Controlling and Reporting

  • Monitor business performance against budget and forecast expectations.
  • Analyze and control revenue, net margin, and cost (SG&A).
  • Provide insights to management to reduce organizational costs.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting function.

Business Support/Partner

  • Provide commercial and analytical support to business decision-making.
  • Facilitate business strategy development.
  • Work with sales personnel and customers to resolve credit issues.
  • Understand the coffee system business and value.
  • Support business relationships and activities with distributors and key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • 10 years of working experience, with 5 years in finance management and 5 years in trading business experience.
  • Expert knowledge of financial planning and analysis, commercial finance.
  • Profound knowledge of accounting and controlling methodologies, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Mature and credible, comfortable dealing with senior executives.
