About the Role

Finance and Accounting

  • Oversee the organization's accounting activities, including month-end closing and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with finance and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Review and analyze accounting results and reports prepared by Asia SSC, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, IFRS, and Franke's finance and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Manage credit control, invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash collection activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate with Asia SSC and Corporate Treasury on treasury actions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with tax and statutory reporting requirements, working closely with Global Tax and external consultants.
  • Organize and control customs and VAT business processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate audit activities with internal and external auditors, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Controlling and Reporting

  • Monitor business performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Analyze and control revenue, net margin, and cost (SG&A), providing insights to management.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting function, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

Business Support/Partner

  • Provide commercial and analytical support to business decision-making, ensuring informed and data-driven decisions.
  • Facilitate business strategy development, working closely with sales personnel and customers.
  • Work with sales personnel and customers to resolve credit issues, ensuring commercially acceptable solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the coffee system business and value, providing insights to management.
  • Support business relationships and activities with distributors and key accounts, ensuring a strong and collaborative partnership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to manage pressures.
  • 10 years of working experience, with 5 years of related experience in finance management, preferably in an MNC with trading business experience.
  • Expert knowledge of FP&A, commercial finance, and accounting methodologies, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities, with the ability to pose future scenarios and discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down strategic priorities into tangible action plans.
  • Ability to adhere to a set of core values and beliefs, acting with high integrity and credibility.
