Job Summary:

Lloyd's Register is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Foreign Shipowner New Con Client Care team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with foreign shipowners, driving business growth, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Foreign Shipowner New Con Client Care team to achieve business objectives and grow capacity and capability.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including salesforce data and pipeline projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, including shipyard evaluations and quality gap analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including shipowners, shipyards, and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as engineering or physical science.
  • Chartered or incorporated engineer status preferred.
  • Proven track record in leadership, team management, and business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels.
