Main Responsibilities

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Covestro, you will be responsible for providing detailed knowledge of the activities, departments, and people within the organization.


• Perform secretarial and administrative support, including scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, travel, and logistic arrangements.


• Coordinate among departments and cooperate with other colleagues depending on the department's needs.


• Handle requests for information and data, including sorting and distribution of incoming correspondence.


• Create and compile meeting minutes, prepare documents, drafts, and presentations.


• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.


• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.


• Receive and direct clients and visitors.

Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)


• Working experience in administrative and business support for manager positions.


• Strong communication and coordination skills.


• Extensive computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.


• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems.


• Good interpersonal skills.


• Ability to gather and monitor information and think result-orientated.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
