At Cabot Corporation, we are seeking a Logistics and Customer Service Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers.

As a Logistics and Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation with carriers, processing customer orders, and resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process. You will also be required to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and carriers to ensure seamless operations.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in logistics and customer service, with a strong understanding of international shipping regulations and procedures. They will also possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and be proficient in using office systems, including enterprise-wide systems such as JDE.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and development.
