Accounts Receivable Operations

We are seeking a skilled AR Specialist to join our Financial Services team at ASML.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute timely AR clearing by monitoring daily inbound cash and analyzing SAP AR balance
  • Execute month-end closing tasks
  • Follow up aging AR items and unknown payments with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain summary report for AR collection and AR Aging report
  • Issue VAT Fapiao according to SAP billing via semi-automatic systems, and maintain customer VAT information
  • Prepare VAT Fapiao issuance summary
  • Maintain T-suite (semi-automatic Fapiao systems) with support from external vendor
  • Ad-hoc support on billing correction, Fapiao reissuance etc.
  • Contribute in continuous process improvement, and update work instruction
  • Collect data and prepare monthly Statistics Report
  • Assist in preparation of supporting documentation for statutory audit compliance;
  • Maintain usage of Legal Representative Person chop and Business License according to internal approval

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' accounting working experience in MNC or equivalent working experience Big 4 firms
  • Understanding of financial accounting processes;
  • Experience with automation of reporting processes in a SAP environment and/or experience with automation is preferred

Skills

  • Good data analytical skills
  • Good communication skill and problem solving skill, able to work with cross team collaboration
  • Knowledge of / experience with applicable accounting rules in relation to US GAAP / IFRS / Local GAAP and related processes, CICPA is a plus
  • Knowledge of China VAT regulations/Fapiao process
  • Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese
