Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BioPharma Account Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, growing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the BioPharma market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships to sell products and services, and analyze sales data to identify market trends.
  • Understand and communicate customer requirements, and interact with customers to grow new business opportunities and retain existing customers.
  • Provide support to team sales and marketing plans, and collect marketing information to stay competitive.
  • Serve as the point of contact for pre-sales and post-sales support issues, and provide basic technical support.
Qualifications
  • Experience in vaccine or antibody production is preferred, with a strong understanding of the vaccine and antibody market.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in biological science or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a Biopharma company.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with strong written and oral communication skills.
