Sales Account Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Sales Manager to join our team in North China. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building deep partnerships with Tier 1/Manufacture OEM's and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute local demand creation and business development strategies for designated key accounts.
- Coordinate global activities for strategic accounts, including strategy development, commercial terms, and project opportunities alignment.
- Develop key account business strategies for business growth across all product portfolios and business segments.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers from executives to working levels.
- Align with HQ/BU on account development strategy and seek necessary support.
- Coordinate with functional teams to support customer operations and problem-solving.
- Explore emerging application areas and new customer accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE, computer science, automation, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing functions, including sales, business development, FAE, or marketing development.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry, with product/system-level knowledge.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a positive mindset.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Ability to travel frequently domestically and globally.
