We are seeking a highly skilled Display Engineer to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Group China Ltd. in Beijing. As a key member of our Research and Development team, you will be responsible for the development, localization, and supplier management of Display and Head-Up Display (HUD) systems for our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and realize development, localization, and supplier set management for Display & HUD in collaboration with different R&D localizations.
- Conduct tech scouting for new display area technology and innovation, initial POC, and trigger new development for the China market.
- Lead Display/HUD localization project ramp-up and R&D release to ensure production.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose for China rollout carlines.
- University degree in control and automation, automotive, or electrical engineering.
- Graduates with first experience in the automotive industry or applicants with minimum 3~5 years of Display and Head-Up Display work experience at OEMs or suppliers.
- Fluent English language skills, German language beneficial.
- Self-responsible working attitude and initiative.
- Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, lead cross-functional decision with purpose orientation.
- High commitment for automobiles.
- Willingness to travel inside China and abroad to prepare and support launches at JV/suppliers.
