The RoleAs an Interline & Partnership Manager, you'll be based in Shenzhen, China. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and overseeing interline partnerships with other airlines.
You'll manage the end-to-end interline process, foster strong relationships with partner airlines, and ensure seamless cooperation for the benefit of both parties.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Acquire, build, and maintain strong partnerships with airlines.
- Interline Agreement Management: Negotiate and manage agreements with partnership airlines.
- Operational Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth interline operations.
- Market Analysis: Explore opportunities to expand and optimize partnerships based on market trends and competition.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team responsible for interline operations and partnerships.
- Comprehensive understanding of airline industry regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Outstanding time management and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in airline operations or managing airline partnerships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Knowledge of interline settlement systems and industry standards.
