Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of partners, develop partnership strategies, and drive business growth.
  • Manage relationships with partners in the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, including e-commerce platforms, logistics companies, warehousing service providers, and payment gateways.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate and conclude partnership agreements with key partners.
  • Establish partnership relationship targets and metrics to ensure team performance meets expectations.
  • Provide professional expertise and support to help partners resolve issues and optimize business processes.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic advice and business growth opportunities to partners.
  • Maintain good relationships with key partners, handle partner issues and complaints.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and partners to ensure accurate information exchange.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of partnership relationships, providing improvement suggestions.
  • Participate in company marketing activities to enhance brand recognition and partnership network.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of work experience, with 5 years of experience in a similar leadership or management role.
  • Experience in managing partnership relationships in the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, including e-commerce platforms, logistics companies, warehousing service providers, and payment gateways.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin for business purposes.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in fintech or e-commerce.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly, making informed decisions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and market insight.
  • Self-motivation and self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
