Responsibilities

  • Understand the performance of CE products and actively assist the commercial team in explaining technical properties to customers to enable customer discovery of its value.
  • Meet with customers to comprehend their specification needs and surface project ideas for solutions to SFDC with a focus on the high-value flexible program.
  • Execute projects where no additional technical resources are required.
  • Support the introduction and sale of new products to customers via translation opportunities.
  • Enhance cross-functional teamwork by translating new trends, new products, and new applications.
  • Create and lead market needs.
  • Value capture.
  • Realization/support of Customer Options Mapping in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Translate new trends, new products, and new applications.
  • Segment plan/Segment strategy/Commercial plan.

Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of experience in the auto business (e-Drive System).
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Ability to independently work with customers to develop a tailored solution.
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve new problems independently.
  • Key Competencies: Functional/Technical Skills, Customer Focus, Listening, Problem Solving, Peer Relationships, independence.

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Good knowledge of engine e-Drive Unit & Power Electronic and related applications.
  • Familiarity with the e-Drive Unit & Power Electronic value chain.
  • Strong new market development capabilities.
  • Tiers, molders focus, and full skills for project management.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Good communication, presentation skills, and commercial sense.
