Job Overview

The OEM Execution Manager will oversee the end-to-end OEM operation and partnership with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring supply (OTIF), optimizing costs, and maintaining safe conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional S&OP teams and OEM to develop production schedules that meet inventory, lead-time, and delivery requirements.
  • Ensure OEM follows ADM rules for inventory management, avoiding destruction and financial burden.
  • Continuously monitor OEM KPIs and metrics to assess the performance of key OEM, regularly reviewing performance and taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Track and drive ADM & OEM for leadtime, efficiency, and cost improvements while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Advocate for a clear change management process to govern, track, and qualify all changes made to the product.
  • Support commercialization of new products and/or capabilities from concept to launch, conducting operations feasibility and project management follow-ups.
  • Ensure OEM compliance with ADM quality and food safety requirements.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ERP system related to OEM products.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing with proven leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clarity, accuracy, and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of the food/feed processing industry.
  • Self-starter, flexible, able to motivate others, and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, multi-cultural, matrix environment.
