OEM Sales Engineer

Markem-Imaje, a leading manufacturer of product identification and traceability solutions, is seeking an experienced OEM Sales Engineer to join our team in Asia Pacific. As an OEM Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans for OEMs to deliver growth in line with global objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans for OEMs to deliver growth in line with global objectives.
- Ensure strategy, price structure, and information are in place to deliver the sales budget for OEMs.
- Perform direct activities toward OEMs, including creating a system to manage and monitor the whole OEM organization.
- Understand the market and OEM-INTEGRATOR dynamics.
- Coordinate with the team to manage and coordinate sales opportunities to get more orders and ensure business objectives are met.
- Develop new business opportunities and encourage relevant field sales to develop new integrators to penetrate into competitor OEM-Integrator.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in B2B pharmaceutical packaging industry.
- Strong business acumen and long-term vision ability.
- Aggressive and independent, willing to accept challenges to acquire new accounts.
