Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled sales engineer who will develop and implement business plans to deliver growth in line with global objectives. This includes ensuring strategy, price structure, and information are in place to meet sales budgets for assigned OEMs.
The ideal candidate will have above 5 years of sales experience in the B2B pharmaceutical packaging industry, with strong business acumen and long-term vision ability. They will be able to effectively communicate with internal colleagues and external customers/partners.
Key Responsibilities- Create a management system to monitor and track OEM performance
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned OEM and integrator needs
- Foster strong relationships with OEMs and integrators to increase sales revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on competitor activity
- Coach and support field sales teams to achieve sales objectives
- Manage annual budgets and agreements for assigned OEMs
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Engineering
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
