Job Summary

This position is responsible for driving the profitable growth of existing brands and new technologies for assigned crops.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the life cycle of assigned products from market needs identification to brand development, product proposition, and go-to-market management.
  • Develop and implement optimum marketing pricing strategies and interpret commercial issues for local project plans.
  • Work with the crop team and commercial team to create annual integrated market plans and campaign plans.
  • Forecast demand and manage aging inventory for assigned brands.
  • Validate technical concepts and product concepts for new technologies, including creating sales and expense forecasts and developing business cases.
  • Design and implement pre-launch and post-launch communications for projects.

Qualifications

  • University degree of higher, agriculture major preferred.
  • Background in agriculture is preferred.
  • Previous experience in similar roles, NPI experience is requested.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership character and ability to work in a team.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
