At Tapestry, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through our Coach brand. As a key member of our Retail Training & Development team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our retail staff have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate training projects, develop and implement training programs, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare training programs, including securing venues, organizing materials, and coordinating resources.
  • Provide post-training administrative assistance and consolidate feedback to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Maintain comprehensive training records, ensuring accurate capture and storage of attendance, participation, and performance data.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to execute training initiatives.
  • Manage the e-learning platform and learning resources.
  • Support customer feedback programs and manage related data.

Requirements:

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent. 1-2 years of training and development experience in the retail sector, preferably in luxury/fashion/cosmetics, is essential. Solid experience in training needs analysis, career development, and customer service training is also required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in working with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to cope with a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Ability to cope with frequent travel within China.
