Job Title: Account Manager, SMBR

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Shenzhen Branch is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of implementing Transparency with a book of accounts (brands/manufacturers).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential brands/customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities
  • Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Schedule meetings and develop new business opportunities to fuel program's growth
  • Support marketing events to drive education and lead generation through presentations
  • On-board additional plants or production lines
  • Communicate and roll out new features
  • Provide Transparency/Brand protection related support to brands to drive usage of Transparency services
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on Transparency related issues and provide necessary support
  • Collect brands' voices and feedback
  • Manage relationships with key accounts with high standards of seller experience
Requirements:
  • 23 years of professional experience
  • Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and penetrating business opportunities
  • Prior sales experience and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving passion and service orientation
  • Oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor's Degree or above
