Burberry Store Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Store Director to join our team at Burberry Limited.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our store in China, driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure effective management of inventory, including stock replenishment and disposal, to minimize losses and optimize sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, control costs, and improve overall store performance.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with fashion trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely restocking.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail, or a related field.
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in luxury brands.
As a Burberry employee, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
