About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Experience Associate to join our team at one of our locations in Suzhou, China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and preferences
- Meet or exceed daily sales targets and contribute to store-wide sales goals
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card authorizations
- Participate in visual merchandising and stock replenishment activities to ensure an engaging shopping environment
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture by promoting teamwork and collaboration
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the luxury retail industry
