About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrialization Specialist to join our team at Continental. As an Industrialization Specialist, you will be responsible for the industrialization of new products and processes, ensuring seamless integration into our production lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Industrialize new products and processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches and process transitions.
  • Provide training and coaching to production staff on new processes and equipment.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to industrialization and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the rubber or chemistry industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and experience in the Automotive industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
