As a SHL CS-CRM Account Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Achieving sales targets and driving business growth
2. Collaborating with business partners to achieve regional performance
3. Analyzing local market trends and developing strategies to stay ahead
4. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
5. Resolving customer complaints and concerns
6. Collecting and analyzing customer data to inform business decisions
7. Managing projects and ensuring compliance with reporting standards
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
1. A bachelor's degree or higher
2. At least 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry
