Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for ZEISS IQS CMM products, offering classroom, onsite, and online technical courses to our service teams.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, syllabi, and documentation to ensure quality and relevance.
  • Act as a vital member of the ZEISS IQS global support network, providing prompt responses and second-level technical assistance to service teams, including in-depth troubleshooting through failure analysis and log file examination.
  • Collaborate with R&D, global quality, and production teams to stay informed about the latest product and service developments.
  • Participate in new product initiatives from a service perspective, focusing on system verification, service accessibility, and documentation compilation.
  • Contribute to product quality enhancement by gathering, summarizing, and prioritizing field-escalated quality concerns, ensuring effective follow-up on solutions and continuous feedback.

Educational Background

  • A college degree or higher in a relevant industrial technology field, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering.

Professional Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the installation, troubleshooting, and development of industrial electronics, machinery, or automation systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset are essential.
  • Previous experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) installation and troubleshooting is advantageous.
  • Experience in training customers or internal teams is a plus.

Additional Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems is required.
  • Ability to work independently while being self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
