Your Impact
- Develop and execute audit programs to identify risks and controls, ensuring high-quality and compliance audit performance.
- Collaborate with the audit Scrum Team to analyze findings and assist clients in developing improvement measures.
- Build trusted relationships with auditees, solidifying Siemens as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to review meetings with management and support discussions on engagement conclusions.
- Participate in forward-looking discussions to provide foresight for critical business decisions.
Your Qualities
- At least 6-8 years of professional experience in auditing, accounting, or finance, preferably in a 'Big 4' accounting firm or other blue-chip companies.
- Strong academic history, with a degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, and certifications like CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CGMA.
- Experience with agile approaches and in-depth knowledge of Accounting (IFRS, US GAAP, or German GAAP), Financial Reporting, Controlling, or Commercial Project Management.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and create collaborative working environments.
- Fluency in English is required, with German fluency a plus.
- Flexibility to travel, including internationally, while embracing our remote-working culture.
